The program works by sending fabricated "announce" requests to the tracker. Because the BitTorrent protocol relies on the client to report its own activity, Ratio Master simply lies, telling the server that you have uploaded X amount of data (or both uploaded and downloaded) at a certain speed, even though no data has actually moved through your connection.
Keep this at 0 KB/s. You should only use RatioMaster on torrents you have already fully downloaded (100% completed) to simulate "seeding."
