You must connect the printer directly to your computer using a USB cable. Wi-Fi or network printing connections will not work for firmware resets. Fixes the "Service Required" error

Run the software as administrator, select Particular Adjustment Mode , then Waste ink pad counter . Check the main pad counter boxes and click Initialization . You must turn the printer off and back on to complete the reset. select Particular Adjustment Mode

The software will prompt you with a message: "Please turn off the printer."

A message will appear saying "When the button is clicked, the counter will be initialized." Click OK.
